On Sept. 28, the national grid + 500 thousand volt Po (chicken) - Germany (Shenyang) HVDC project put into trial operation, completed a full load test of 3 million KW bipolar transmission, declared China's first complete localization, long distance and self construction of the bipolar HVDC project put into trial production, in order to alleviate the southwest severe drought area and the power supply situation to give strong support.
Northwest and central China (Sichuan) the Debao HVDC project, is the national grid power grid construction project, is the Northwest Power Grid "in 11th Five-Year" during the planning and construction of power transmission project. Shaanxi Baoji substation construction is the world's first 750 thousand volt AC + 500 thousand volt DC Converter Substation with cosite combined power transmission project, the main equipment are achieved domestically, marking China's power grid construction, technology and management level to achieve a new leap forward.
The engineering system I completed and put into production at the end of 2009, every day to the central transmission of 800 thousand kilowatts, polar II system began in March this year, consumer lack of debugging, 11:15 on March 24th, full load test of Baoji Railway Station pole II system, the maximum power of 1 million 500 thousand kilowatts, and keep continuous and stable operation of 4 hours. Based on the progress of the pre test well, 14:30 on March 25th, Baode HVDC bipolar full load test, bipolar load of 3 million kilowatts, 2 hours after the operation, the project from the northwest to central China transportation consumption reached 6 million kwh. During the commissioning period, the system of the bipolar system of the Bao de DC power transmission project completed 151 tests, and the content of the system was fully covered. The success of the test indicates that the power transmission capacity of the power transmission project of the Po de DC transmission project has been greatly improved by the further broadening of the DC transmission channel of the northwest power grid. It is reported that the project will be completed in April 11th to complete the bipolar test run.
